These meatballs were great and so easy to make.
1 pound Italian turkey sausages casings removed
1 pound Italian chicken sausages (I used park farm brand) casings removed
2 cups Jiffy mix (Bisquik would probably work too)
2 cups Italian blend cheese
Mix together and bake at 350 until done.
We really enjoyed them and hopefully I can find the chicken sausage again before the holidays.
