Does anyone out there know how to make a chicken wing that tastes similiar, if not identical to, Wingstop's garlic & parmesean wings? I was able to treat myself to these about once a month in Texas.
There are no Wingstop restaurants in my current state.
I tried to make them today. I fried them. Dipped them in 2 sticks of melted butter with garlic powder in it. Tossed them in parmesean cheese from the green container.... they were close- but something wasn't quite right.
Also- advice on frying wings where: the grease doesn't end up everywhere including the backsplash. Is this possible?
On the up side- I used the leftover garlic butter and made killer garlic bread.
